The presidential of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Atiku Abubakar, is said to have filed a fresh lawsuit against President Bola Tinubu at the Northern District of Illinois District Court, USA.
This complaint was made public by the former Vice President’s Special Assistant on Public Communications, Mr. Phrank Shaibu.
Recall, All Legit News reported on Sunday that a Circuit Court dismissed Atiku’s complaint against Tinubu after he withdrew it before the hearing date.
Shaibu, in response to the filing of the new action, added that it was the reason Atiku withdrew an active lawsuit from an Illinois Circuit Court.
Atiku, who was declared second is the February 25 presidential election by the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC’s, stated that The APC flag bearer was unable to name even one of his former classmates because his academic records from elementary school to university remained questionable.
Tinubu emerged as the winning of the general elections, beating two of his closest rivals, Atiku, and Peter Obi of Labour Party. He was sworn in on May 29, 2023, but both parties have rejected the outcome. And are currently challenging the outcome at the tribunal.
