ARSENAL will step up their pursuit for Bournemouth winger Ryan Fraser after the Europa League final, according to reports.
The 25-year-old has been a huge hit for Eddie Howe’s side this season, scoring eight goals and making 15 assists in 42 appearances.
According to The Independent , the Gunners are hopeful of signing Fraser for less than his £30million valuation.
The source also claims Manchester United are no longer interested in signing the seven-cap Scotland international.
Liverpool have been linked, but reports suggest Jurgen Klopp’s men are more interested in signing him on a free deal next summer.
Fraser joined Bournemouth from Aberdeen in 2013 and he is entering the final year of his current contract.
The Cherries want to tie him down with a new deal, but he has already flirted with the idea of joining Arsenal.
When asked about joining Unai Emery’s side, Fraser said: “I’m not going to lie, it’s very nice.
“It means you are doing something right. They are a huge club, a massive club.
“When you see your name thrown around you always think to yourself that you are a Bournemouth player and you try to do well.
“I am not going to lie, you do feel good, especially when it’s a massive club.”
